We deliver to all countries of the European Union.

The ordered items are delivered by our contractual partners. As a rule, packages are delivered within 5-15 working days. During busy times (November, December), delivery delays are possible.

The delivery price depends on the order amount and is calculated for each order and includes VAT.

Instructions on the procedure for unilateral termination of the contract:

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day when the goods were handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the consumer must inform the seller (Good Spirit d.o.o.) of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the term, using the form for unilateral termination of the contract or through any other unambiguous statement expressing his will to terminate contract, sent by post, fax or e-mail (in which name and surname, address, phone number, fax and e-mail address are specified, and the contract/order that the consumer is terminating).

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, and is obliged to return the goods to Good Spirit d.o.o. undamaged, without undue delay, through the postal service provider, together with the invoice, and no later than 14 days from the day when he sent the decision on unilateral termination of the contract to the merchant.

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Good Spirit d.o.o. is obliged to return the money paid to the consumer without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer's notice of unilateral termination of the contract, but not before receiving the returned goods.

In the event that the goods returned by the consumer are damaged and not for further sale, Good Spirit d.o.o. is not obliged to accept the return of such goods. In the event that the value of the goods is reduced due to handling by the consumer, Good Spirit d.o.o. has the right to a proportional reduction of the amount that it returns to the consumer.

In the event that you order goods and refuse to receive them without reason (the packaging is not damaged), Good Spirit d.o.o. has the right to deduct from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount of the direct costs of returning the product.

European Commission Regulation no. 524/2013 on online resolution of consumer disputes, which has been in force since January 9, 2016, the Platform for Online Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Platform for ORS) was put into operation.

In case of unresolved complaints, consumers can resolve the consumer dispute through the ARPS body in accordance with the Act on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Official Gazette 121/16). Trader Ekupi d.o.o. in the case of submitting a proposal for conciliation, will participate in the procedure before the ARPS body: Conciliation Center at the Croatian Employers' Association, Radnička cesta 52/I, 1000 Zagreb, Croatia, or at http://www.hup.hr/
